Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Bayyavaram, Visakhapatnam is dedicated to the in-house fabrication and assembly of advanced Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) for marine and industrial applications. The facility is equipped with modern infrastructure, skilled manpower, and quality-controlled manufacturing processes to ensure reliable and efficient production.

Spread across a total plant area of 18,500 sq. ft., the facility houses complete fabrication, assembly, testing, and handling infrastructure for end-to-end STP manufacturing under one roof. The plant has an annual manufacturing capacity of up to 30 STPs, enabling timely execution of multiple projects for commercial and naval sectors.

The manufacturing setup includes a 10 Ton capacity EOT crane and a 1.5 Ton capacity stacker, supporting efficient material handling and assembly operations. In line with sustainable manufacturing practices, a 25 kW rooftop solar power plant has also been installed at the facility.

The STPs are manufactured under a license agreement with De Nora Water Technologies, ensuring adherence to proven international technology and performance standards. Additionally, our manufacturing process and products are supported by a BV Mode II Scheme Certification for Model 6450-G2, demonstrating compliance with recognized quality and certification requirements.
